In the journey of making our Dhal from seed to pack ,We take pride in being one of the largest and most advanced Dhal processing facilities in Sri Lanka , with a processing capacity of 75 tons per day. Our factory is equipped with the largest technology allowing for complete automation and no hand touch during the processing of our Dhal. This ensures the highest level of hygiene and quality, making our lentils safe and healthy for consumption.

At Lloyds family , we offer a wide range of Dhal processing services to meet the needs of our customers . We export 450 containers annually, with each container capable of loading 25 tons of Dhal . Also we understand that different customers have different preferences when it comes to Dhal size. That’s why we offer size variations after dehusking , including medium-size and jumbo Dhal, to cater to the diverse needs of our customers. Our intelligent color sorting system, featuring an image processing system and an RGB color camera with 5400 pixels, ensures that every dhal meets our strict quality control standards.
